How much do your services cost?

Our base resume service costs $50. We also offer Cover Letter and package services, listed on our "Services" page. We offer transparent, upfront pricing - no hidden fees.

Can I request revisions to my resume?

Yes, every package includes two rounds of revisions within one week from completion of the consultation call. Requests for revision after the one week will require a new consultation call and purchase of additional services.

Will my resume be ATS-friendly?

Yes. We use formatting and keyword optimization to ensure your resume passes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), increasing your chances of landing interviews.

Do I need to provide my old resume?

Not necessarily, but it can speed up the process. If you have a previous resume, we can use it as reference (primarily for the dates/job titles/order of jobs). If not, we'll gather all of the necessary information during our call.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes, your personal and professional information is 100% confidential. We never share your data with third parties.

What platform do you use for the consultation call?

We use Zoom for all consultations. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an automatic email with a Zoom link and calendar invite. You'll just need to click the link at your scheduled time to join the call - no Zoom account is required.

Will the Zoom consultation be recorded?

Yes, with your permission, the Zoom call will be recorded. This helps us to accurately capture your experience and makes sure we don't miss anything. The recording is used solely for resume writing and kept 100% confidential.
